Branding Design Terms of Use/Return Policy
Custom branding designs (logos, military unit designs, etc..) require a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment of $50. From there the cost of the design will equal the total amount of hours worked ($25/hr). Customer will receive proofs of the design with a watermark on them for legal purposes. No timeline will be given to the customer for a completion date, due to possible mishaps. Once the design edits have been agreed upon by merchant and customer, and design has been paid for in FULL the watermarks will be removed. Refunds will NOT be issued once the design(s) have been paid for. Merchant will permanently retain the right to display the design on any platform for advertising purposes.
