Gallery Piece Terms of Use/Return Policy
Custom paintings require a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment which would be the cost of the canvas required to complete the order placed by the customer. Customer will be notified of the final painting price EXLUDING shipping cost once the painting has been completed. Shipping cost is a NON-REFUNDABLE flat rate of $350 which includes packaging materials plus shipping. No timeline will be given to the customer for a completion date, due to possible mishaps. Refunds will NOT be issued unless the painting is damaged upon delivery and has been returned to and received by the merchant in its ORIGINAL packaging. Merchant will permanently retain the right to display the painting on any platform for advertising purposes.
