Terms & Conditions/Return Policy

BRANDING & GRAPHIC DESIGNS: Custom branding designs (logos, military unit designs and memorabilia, custom apparel, etc..) require a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment of $50. From there the cost of the design will be $200. Customer will receive proofs of the design with a watermark on them for legal purposes. No timeline will be given to the customer for a completion date, due to possible mishaps. Once the design edits have been agreed upon by merchant and customer, and design has been paid for in FULL the watermarks will be removed. Refunds will NOT be issued once the design(s) have been paid for. Merchant will permanently retain the right to display the design on any platform for advertising purposes.

GALLERY PIECES (CUSTOM CANVASES): Custom paintings require a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment which would be the cost of the canvas required to complete the order placed by the customer. Customer will be notified of the final painting price EXLUDING shipping cost once the painting has been completed. Shipping cost is a NON-REFUNDABLE flat rate of $350 which includes packaging materials plus shipping. No timeline will be given to the customer for a completion date, due to possible mishaps. Refunds will NOT be issued unless the painting is damaged upon delivery and has been returned to and received by the merchant in its ORIGINAL packaging. Merchant will permanently retain the right to display the painting on any platform for advertising purposes.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Photography sessions require a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment of $50. Sessions are 1 hour in length and $100 per session. Sessions MUST be canceled by the customer no later than 48hrs prior to the scheduled session date (not time) or an extra $50 will be charged to the customer. If necessary, the merchant MUST cancel a scheduled session no later then 24hrs prior to session date (not time) or down payment will be refunded to the customer. Customer will be charged $20 per purchased photo. Customer will receive proofs of the photos with a watermark on them for legal purposes. Once the photo edits have been agreed upon by merchant and customer, and photos have been paid for in FULL the watermarks will be removed. A minimum of 4 weeks MUST be allotted to complete the photo editing process. Refunds will NOT be issued once photos have been paid for. Merchant will permanently retain the right to display the photos on any platform for advertising purposes. Unless nudity or minors are involded.
