Photography Terms of Use/Return Policy

Photography sessions require a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment of $50. Sessions are 1 hour in length and $100 per session. Sessions MUST be canceled by the customer no later than 48hrs prior to the scheduled session date (not time) or an extra $50 will be charged to the customer. If necessary, the merchant MUST cancel a scheduled session no later then 24hrs prior to session date (not time) or down payment will be refunded to the customer. Customer will be charged $20 per purchased photo. Customer will receive proofs of the photos with a watermark on them for legal purposes. Once the photo edits have been agreed upon by merchant and customer, and photos have been paid for in FULL the watermarks will be removed. A minimum of 4 weeks MUST be allotted to complete the photo editing process. Refunds will NOT be issued once photos have been paid for. Merchant will permanently retain the right to display the photos on any platform for advertising purposes.
